adidas’ classic Forum basketball shoe has returned for 2021, rehashing the quintessential basketball shoe in a variety of new vintage-styled releases. This week, we have an early look at a new “Hazy Copper” colorway, set to drop this Spring.
Releases from adidas’ retro lineup of the Forum ’84 Low OG began in Winter 2020, as the brand initiated the Forum rollout through a series of limited-edition collaborations developed in partnership with some longtime adidas friends. Now, the Forum ’84 continues to debut in new colorways moving forward, like the “Hazy Copper” color scheme we have an early look at this week. Following the vintage ’84 style of previous releases, this Forum Low features a white leather construction for the shoe’s base layers and overlays, while a rusty orange tone adds a colorful accent to the laces, inner lining, heel tab, adidas branding, and finally, the shaggy suede Three Stripes on either side of the shoe. Mounted on an off-white colored midsole, a gum rubber outsole completes the look.
ADIDAS ORIGINALS FORUM LOW “HAZY COPPER” RELEASE INFORMATION
adidas Originals’ next release in the ongoing Forum retro revival has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to land at retailers sometime in the coming weeks. The Forum Low featuring “Hazy Copper” accents will be available from both adidas and select retailers, with the usual price tag of $90 per pair.
