adidas has a special USA edition of Donovan Mitchell’s DON Issue 2 that arrives in red, white, and blue form.
We haven’t seen of Donovan Mitchell’s second signature shoe but this new edition definitely makes up for the scarcity. While the Summer Olympics have been moved to 2021, this sneaker is just another edition that was originally supposed to celebrate the games but with the 4th of July also quickly approaching, the special USA pair still looks to release.
The hardwood sneaker opts for a clean white mesh upper that features Navy blue synthetic overlays in triangular fashion across the side paneling while also supporting the ankles and heels. Navy then continues on the sockliner while red accents subtly are added throughout including Donovan’s Spider logo on the heels. “USA” branding is added onto the tongue to signify the meaning while a white midsole and creamy translucent rubber outsole showcasing red and blue graphics finish off the USA design.
