adidas’ archives have been a steady source for inspiration in recent years for the brand, with the “Never Made” collection most notably merging past silhouettes with future technologies. Now, one of those famous models, the Boston Super, is back in its original form.
The adidas Boston Super is back. After making a reappearance as part of the brand’s “Never Made” collection from a few years ago, one of adidas most storied silhouettes has remained on the back burner ever since. This week, however, the classic marathon silhouette surfaced overseas, this time showing off in its original color blocking. Featuring a blue mesh base layer with dark navy blue overlays, metallic silver stripes and heel counters add some shimmer, while red piping and midsole accents complete the look.
