Helly Hansen and PUMA are back with Season Three of their ongoing collaboration this month, combining the Norwegian brand’s expertise in outdoor gear with PUMA’s footwear. Three more shoes will be available later this month, all inspired by cold weather sailing.
Norwegian outdoor brand Helly Hansen and PUMA have been teaming up since last year on seasonal collections of various exploration-inspired sneakers and apparel. This month, the two are set to release Season Three of their ongoing collaboration, this time turning to Helly Hansen’s expertise in cold weather sailing and patrol gear for three new pairs of footwear. First up is the Centaur, a football cleat-inspired silhouette with tough rubber overlays and a rugged sole that wraps up the sides of the shoe. The Helly Hansen edition is entirely blacked out, save for a few minute neon green details along the lacing system and tongue. Next, the LQD CELL Extol comes in an Arctic-themed color scheme, applying a white nylon base layer to the upper and layered in various shades of off-white suede. Reflective elements add some flair to the Extol, while hints of green complete the soft color palette. Last but not least, the Nitefox makes its debut in a new boot form thanks to some Helly Hansen inspiration. Constructed from all black tough nylon and neoprene, the new high-top iteration features a reworked outsole, rubberized overlays, and an adjustable strap wrapping around the heels for a better fit.

The latest collection from Helly Hansen and PUMA is scheduled to release later this month on October 28th, 2020. The Centaur, Extol, and Nitefox will be available from both brands as well as select retailers, with pricing ranging from $120 for the two runners, and $150 for the boot.
