If you weren’t a fan of the Gamer theme yet, it may be time to start finding some love for the makeover with another variation surfacing, this time on the Nike Air Max 90.
Featured on a leaked Blazer Mid this summer and still pending a release, it looks like Nike has bigger plans for the theme. While the gaming community has increased in hype over the past couple of years, the community has begun their assertion into the sneaker industry and in celebration, variations like this Gamer theme are expected to be a big part of brands’ future lineups.
Just like the Blazer, this AM90 boasts glow-in-the-dark capabilities on the silver mudguard overlay which showcases glowing all-over Nike branding when the lights are turned off. Other features include a white mesh upper accented with multi-colored overlays displaying, blue, purple, red, and orange. To further the gamer theme, a pixel Nike Swoosh is stitched onto the side paneling while iridescent detailing is given to the tongue branding and lower ankles. A white midsole, black Air Max unit displaying a red Air bubbler, and a multi-colored outsole finishes off this gaming theme.

As of now, release details for the upcoming “Gamer” theme from Nike haven’t surfaced but we expect more information to surface very soon regarding the pack and this Air Max 90. While it looks like the Gaming concept looks to be a huge part of Nike’s Fall/Winter 2020 lineup, don’t be surprised if more sneakers surface in their own variation.
