Nike has special plans for their Daybreak Type and one of the newest offerings is slated to arrive in the fan-favorite “What The” styling all while keeping the silhouette as classic as possible.
The “What The” theme will always get sneakerheads’ attention. While we have seen the theme take off in recent years, covering many sneakers in Nike and Jordan’s impressive vaults, and now the Daybreak type will draw inspiration for a great new edition. Short in its career, the Daybreak Type has been loved so far in its short career with the combination of the retro shape and aesthetic all while adding distressed and modern features. This What The styled edition features a variety of different materials and patters that’s perfect for the Summer. Dressed in Sail, University Blue, Speed Yellow and Bright Crimson, mesh, denim, and suede all equip the upper while stripes, polka dots, and plaid patterns dress different portions of the sneakers design. A creamy tongue and green sockliner add a nice touch to the colorway while a white midsole and icy translucent outsole brings the summer-ready design to a nice halt.

An official release date has not been scheduled just yet but we expect a release to come very soon before Summer’s finish via select retailers and Nike.com.
