While Nike continues to innovate with its THE10TH collection, the Air Force 1 WTR comes equip with Gore-Tex technology. With many iterations under Nike’s catalog, the latest Air Force 1 equips forward-thinking design.
Although many models within the collection have presented new colorways and crazy designs, the Air Force 1 WTR remains monochromatic. As more and more sneakers feature the Gore-Tex technology, Nike creates a model intended for all terrains. Showcasing its subtle design with updated materials, the Air Force 1 bares resemblance to its predecessor while changing the design enough to stand as its own.
In addition to the Gor-Tex material, the Air Force 1 WTR dons a classic triple black colorway. Some of the most notable characteristics feature a zipper ripstop within its inner bootie and a “Gore-Tex” logo on its lateral side. Alongside the waterproof material, the model comes equip with a leather and mesh upper for both comfort and stability. Heel toggle lacing with plastic heel tabs can also be found, all sitting atop a classic black sole.
