Nike’s Air Trainer 1 Comes in Sandstone this Summer

Nike’s Air Trainer 1 continues to surface in new colorways in celebration of the shoe’s thirty-fifth anniversary. This week, the mid-cut silhouette surfaced in a new ‘Limestone’ colorway, coming soon.

The Nike Air Trainer 1 is on a roll this year, bringing back some of the fan-favorite original colorways and tapping collaborators like Travis Scott in celebration of the silhouette’s thirty-fifth anniversary. So far, we’ve already gotten the release of the classic ‘Chlorophyll’ and ‘Midnight Navy’ color schemes, and this week, the Swoosh has added another exciting new in-line style to their upcoming releases. Dubbed ‘Limestone’, the new look begins with a white leather base layer, perforated along the toes and medial sides of the shoe. The shaggy suede overlays come in the namesake limestone shade, which we might otherwise refer to as sand or desert tan. The Swooshes, forefoot strap, and midsole accent come in a navy color, while dark brown accents complete the look.
