adidas’ I-5923 silhouette is a hit. First released last year, the casual Boost runner has skyrocketed in popularity, as well as availability. Each month, adidas adds new variations to their lineup, like these green & navy based options coming soon.
The adidas I-5923, formerly known as the Iniki, is expanding its ever-growing color palette. Now in its second year, the I-5923 is starting to receive some upgrades. While none of the new versions have dropped yet, this year will bring forth pairs with new materials for the upper, and other small revisions to help push the silhouette. Today, the Three Stripes unexpectedly dropped two more colorways, each with a unique new look. The first pair begins with deep Collegiate Navy across the main body of the upper. The tongue on this pair stands out boldly in white, with a matching rear heel tab. This colorway is completed by red stripes, a red inner lining, and red adidas branding around the shoe. The second colorway goes in a different direction, beginning with a smooth white color for the upper. The paneling added to the toe box and heel come in grey, countering the lighter base layers. The stripes and heel tab on this pair come in a bright green color, while the adidas branding around the shoe is finished in a bold red.
