The New Balance 327 began its tenure in the brand’s lineup as part of a collaboration Casablanca. Now, one of the Summer’s hottest silhouettes is back in the collab spotlight, as Boston’s Concepts gives the shoe a Vodka Cranberry-inspired makeover.
The New Balance 327 has been one of the hottest shoes so far in 2020, from the debut project with Casablanca to the stunning lineup of inline colorways released in the months since. However, many of us have been anxiously awaiting more special projects, interested to see how other brands and stores would deliver their take on the 327. Well, they did not disappoint. This week, Boston’s Concepts unveiled their iteration of the 327, a bright red look inspired by the Cape Codder, or more commonly, the Vodka Cranberry. Featuring a bright red nylon and suede upper, the “Cape” 327 mixes in baby blue highlights along the inner lining and lime green in the midsole as accents, while a full-length translucent outsole completes the look. Dual New Balance and Concepts branding can be found on both tongues and sockliners.

The latest project from Massachusetts-based brands Concepts and New Balance, the “Cape” 327, has been scheduled to debut next week, on August 7th, 2020, followed shortly by a global release on August 13th. The Vodka Cranberry-inspired color scheme for the 327 will come with a $140, and released in limited numbers during both the exclusive and global drops.
