Later this year, Jordan Brand will be bringing the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” out of the vault with a few minor changes that involve a suede toe.

Previously retro’d in 2013, the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” was a re-release from the original 2008 retro, which honored the iconic black/white colorway MJ sported during the 1996-1997 season. Now for 2021, Jordan Brand will be revisiting the special colorway with a new addition of suede on the upper. While no leaked images have surfaced, the edition is slated for a White, Black, and Metallic Gold design. The sneaker is expected to arrive in OG form with just one minor but game-changing adjustment of taking the usual AJ12 leather mudguard and swapping it out for smooth luxurious suede material.
