Nike Basketball and LeBron James have a special edition Nike LeBron 17 coming soon that features a “Command Force” theme.

Now you may be thinking Command Force sounds familiar and that’s because it is. The Nike Command Force is as vintage as they come and even made a special appearance by Woody Harrelson’s on the 1992 film, White Men Can Jump. Now over 28 years later, LeBron James’ 17th signature basketball shoe will be honoring the timeless sneaker.

Nike Air Commander

The special iteration will feature a white knit upper like usual while white leather equips the tongue and adds a vintage feel. The usual marbled design shines on the midfoot and heel while a “LEBRON” spell-out graces the tongue as a direct nod to the Air Commander.
