Nike has presented a number of special-edition Air Force 1s in honor of the New England Patriots over the years, adding a fresh pair to their lineup this month. With new branding nodding to the owner Robert Kraft, the Air Force 1 Flyknit ‘RKK’ is coming soon.
Nike’s yearly releases of their New England Patriots-inspired sneakers have given the fanbase a new way to express their love for their team. Usually in the form of the Air Force 1, the string of releases continues this year with a fresh release this time adding new branding to honor the team’s longtime owner Robert K. Kraft. Using the Air Force 1 Low Flyknit as their canvas, the latest pair begins with a collegiate navy blue knit upper, constructed from ultra-durable yarns. The Swooshes are embroidered on either side in white with a red piping outline, matching the midsole which comes in white with red piping running the perimeter. The tongues are constructed from grey leather, with a new RKK-branded patch that also includes the Pats logo and a Super Bowl trophy. Lace dubraes at the toe add more RKK branding, as well as 6 small embroidered stars to represent their Super Bowl wins. Finally, Pats logos are added to the grey suede heel counters, while insoles with ‘We Are All Patriots’ emblazoned across them are found inside.

Nike’s latest Patriots-themed release of the Air Force 1 Flyknit has been scheduled to release later this month, on October 24th, 2022. Pairs of the Collegiate Navy ‘RKK’ sneakers will be available via the brand’s SNKRS app for $160.
