It’s a mystery how Kanye West gets anything done between his impressive Yeezy Season collections, adidas Yeezy footwear, and the occasional release of an album. Now, Kanye has taken some time to approve a new Yeezy sneaker, the Shaggy Suede Crepe shoe.
Kanye West is heading in an entirely new direction with the latest edition to his signature footwear line. This sneaker will fall under the Yeezy brand, meaning that it will be produced and distributed by Kanye, not adidas. There will be no 3-stripe branding or Trefoil logo on the shoe, instead just a simple “SEASON 6” branding on the insole. The upper of the new model is constructed entirely from a long-haired suede material. The profile of the shoe is similar to that of many Vans’ silhouettes, a known favorite of Kanye’s, as well as the Reebok S. Carter, Jay-Z’s signature Reebok shoe from 2003. The shoe takes on a monotone cream color, complete with rope laces and a crepe outsole.

Currently, there is no official release date for the latest model to join Kanye’s footwear family. Official images of the shoe have appeared online, along with previews of the entire Season 6 collection. Expect both to be available from YzySupply and select retailers soon.
