PUMA has made some great moves in the past two years. Their extensive archive of lifestyle shoes has been making a huge comeback, and the re-launch of their Hoops sector is going extremely well, and to celebrate, they’ve got a new pack honoring both.

PUMA’s Hoops sector is off to a great start this year. Their debut silhouette, the Clyde Court, was a hit amongst their sponsored athletes and regular consumers alike, leading to a slew of stunning PE colorways that eventually trickled down onto retail shelves. Now, PUMA has moved on to bigger and brighter things for their first entirely original silhouette: the PUMA Uproar. This week, the sleek new silhouette launched in conjunction with the Palace Guard OG, in a pack that pays homage to the Detroit Pistons and their legendary stadium, The Palace at Auburn Hills. The two-piece pack sees both silhouettes shrouded entirely in white, and layered with various red and blue accents representing the Pistons’ primary colors. While the new PUMA Uproar is decked out in the brand’s latest custom cushion technology, the Palace Guard OG sticks to its roots with a standard EVA midsole underneath a mixed-material upper.
