Nike has apparently given Off-White designer Virgil Abloh a wealth of creative control over his projects. After rumors first surfaced online of an Off-White x Nike Soccer collection, we now have our first look at several upcoming pieces.

Virgil Abloh has a penchant for taking inspiration from anything and everything around him. His latest project with Nike puts him in the center of their Soccer division, working on a vast new collection designed for the pitch. The project was first revealed months ago but has gone relatively under the radar since then. A few weeks ago, the first piece of the collection was released as part of Nike’s unveiling of the new Flyknit 360 technology. Soon after, pairs of Nike goalie gloves with Off-White markings on them were revealed on Virgil’s Instagram.

Now, the first images of the Off-White x Nike Soccer collection have begun to roll out. Today, two colorways of a new shoe from the pack surfaced online. The Off-White Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit will come in both orange and black, with numerous colored dots placed around the shoe, similar to the cleats from a few weeks back. The dots are to represent where to kick the ball with your foot. So far, the only other piece of the collection we know about is a set of knee-high orange socks, covered in both Off-White arrows and Nike Swooshes.
