The Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet” is one of the most famous Air silhouettes of all time. The shoe has built a cult following over the years that exploded into widespread popularity last year with the sneaker’s 20th anniversary. Now, moving into 2018, Nike has decided to merge the iconic silhouette with their new Air Vapormax technology. The combination first debuted last week in the AM97 “Japan” OG colorway, with the new “Silver Bullet” version being the second original theme to reappear. 2018’s Vapormax copies the first shoe perfectly with the addition of a clear sole unit.

The next Nike Air Vapormax 97 in an OG colorway is scheduled for release on April 12th, 2018. The “Silver Bullet” iteration of the Air Max 97/Vapormax hybrid will retail for $190 from Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
