The Nike Blazer, the brand’s first basketball sneaker, has received a second life in recent years thanks to a renewed love of retro sneakers. This week, Nike prepares to introduce a new colorway of the ’77 Vintage version, featuring an Opti Yellow Swoosh.

The Nike Blazer has made quite a return to the sneaker scene in recent years, thanks in part to Virgil Abloh’s deconstructed Off-White pairs. Since then, Nike has introduced several new iterations of the classic silhouette to their arsenal, including the asymmetrical Rebel for women, and the ’77 Vintage, which pays homage to the original in both shape, construction, and colors. Since this version was introduced just a few months ago, its become a hit among both sneakerheads and the uninitiated, thanks to its easily wearable style and smooth color schemes. This week, a new look for the ’77 Vintage Blazer has surfaced online, pitting the entire silhouette in a flat white tone, and dyeing the Swooshes in a brilliant Opti Yellow tone.
