Nike is once again looking to score big with the ladies’ sneaker market, and this Air Max 97 looks like it may do the trick. Rumored to be released later this month, the new “Black Grape” 97 is one of the cleanest colorways this year.
The latest Nike Air Max 97 made exclusively for female fans of the brand is a seriously great colorway. Combining some of the Swoosh’s greatest signature Pantone, the new “Black Grape” 97 is one of the cleanest new colorways to grace the silhouette since it’s anniversary celebration last year. The shoe begins with a largely black base for most of the wavy upper, broken up by small hits of color circling the central layers. Stacked directly on top of each other, one layer takes on the Bright Grape tone, giving the shoe its name, while the second shines in a more vibrant Clear Emerald hue. Finally, this women’s exclusive Nike Air Max 97 is finished by purple Swooshes on each side and emerald Nike Air branding on the heels.

The sleek new women’s exclusive Nike Air Max 97 is scheduled to release sometime in June 2018. The clean “Black Grape” colorway will retail for $170 from both Nike and select retailers.
