Earlier this year, rumors surfaced of a collaboration between Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God label and Nike. Now that the project has been confirmed and the shoes have started to leak online, we finally have our first look at the black Air Skylon 2 dropping in December.

Nike and Fear of God have finally launched their high top court-ready Air Fear of God 1 to much applause from the sneaker and fashion communities. However, the second shoe from their collection was missing from the release. While we have already seen one pair of the Fear of God x Nike Air Skylon II, our friend SolebyJC has decided to share some on foot pictures of the second black pair. The Fear of God x Nike collaboration will include two colorways of the Nike Air Skylon II, which originally released back in 1992 and has gone relatively under the radar since then, before returning this year with several OG colorways.  The Fear of God take covers the Air Skylon II in all black, including a patent leather black Swoosh. The lacing system has been upgraded to feature a lock at the tongue for quick removal. The toe box of the black pair features several 3M reflective underlays, giving the shoe a bit of visibility in the dark. Finally, the Fear of God Air Skylon II features the signature brand script across the lateral heel of each shoe.
