It has been well documented by now that Jordan Brand is unleashing over 30 colorways of the Jordan 1 this year. We’ve seen plenty of heat so far, and yesterday we got a preview of a new “Swoosh” Jordan 1 pack arriving this September.
Jordan Brand is relentless. They have already packed 2018 with so many incredible releases and special surprises that it’s no question whether or not the brand is “back”. This week, Nike and Jordan shared a preview of their upcoming collections for the Summer and Fall, and there is plenty to rave about. Three new Jordan collections will be released throughout the next several months, each with a different theme. The “International Flight” pack explores Mike’s accomplishments around the globe, while the “Back to School” pack celebrates Jordan Brand signature athletes and their high schools. Now, we’re taking a look at a new three-pack of Jordan 1’s arriving this Fall.
The Air Jordan 1 “Swoosh” pack pays homage to the Jordan 1’s roots with Nike. The typical shape and layout of the shoe are the same, save for the canvas material used on the tongue and side paneling. Additionally, these canvas panels feature a graphics display that completes the shoe. On the left side of each shoe, large NIKE block letters can be seen tucked behind the Swoosh, while the other side features a paragraph from a Nike copyright. The new Jordan 1 pack will release in three tonal colorways: Olive, Coral, and Guava Ice. However, unfortunately for collectors, the colorways are regional exclusives. The clean Guava Ice colorway is reserved for North America, Latin America, and the Asian Pacific, while the Olive colorway will drop only in China, Latin America, and the Asian Pacific. Finally, the Coral hue will be limited to Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH OG “SWOOSH” COLLECTION RELEASE INFORMATION
The new Air Jordan 1 High OG “Swoosh” pack is scheduled to release on September 1st, 2018. As usual, the Jordan 1 will retail for $160 from both Nike and select retailers.
