The Air Jordan 1 is anticipated to have a big year in 2018, with dozens of colorways expected to release. The next one up looks to be the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Game Royal, a brand new colorway for the shoe coming later this month.

The Air Jordan 1 is commonly seen as the center of the sneaker world and for good reason. The shoe brought about the idea of collecting sneakers almost entirely on its own, or at the very least combined sneakers and popular culture forever. Now, as Jordan Brand begins its new method of production and release plans, the 1 will return in all its glory in a brand new colorway this month. Titled “Game Royal”, this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG takes cues from the famous Chicago-inspired look, creating an eye-catching colorway with a white base and deep blue overlays. The royal blue hue covers the midguard, eyestays, heel, and ankle covers, which provide separation between the white paneling and toe and the black tongue and ankle padding. The unmistakeable Swoosh logo on the sides is dyed in a dark black to stand out from its white background, and the signature Nike Air logo on the tongue matches the shoe’s royal blue namesake. The sole of this pair will come with a plain white midsection capped by a blue outsole.

The newest Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG colorway to join the release calendar is scheduled for March 24th, 2018. The “Game Royal” iteration will retail for $160, the current standard for the premium take on Jordan’s most famous silhouette.
