The adidas Yung-1 has been making the rounds this year between general releases, high profile collaborations, and something in between. The latest colorway to surface online falls into the latter, decking out the refurbished silhouette in multicolor snakeskin.

The adidas Yung-1 is just about to reach its 1-year anniversary as a part of the brands’ Originals lineup. Since the retro silhouette was first released last year, the Yung-1 has released in dozens of easy colorways, as well as a few special editions collaborations, most recently making a splash with Invincible’s heat-vision inspired color scheme. Now, the Three Stripes’ Consortium sector is taking a shot at the Yung-1 for a new in-house release. Stripping away the mesh and suede layered upper of the Yung-1, the new release replaces nearly the entire shoe with faux snakeskin up top, giving them an unmistakable black, tan and white pattern. However, the three stripe branding on either side remains in nylon.
