adidas has a special place in its heart for Japanese streetwear labels. This year, the Three Stripes combines their love of Japanese fashion with soccer for a new World-cup inspired collection of streetwear.

The adidas “Winning Collection” is one of the most interesting projects from the Three Stripes this year. Dedicated to the World Cup of Football which is set to occur this year, adidas is paying homage to their soccer roots while collaborating with a series of Japanese brands. So far, we know that Bape, Neighborhood, and White Mountaineering will each be participating with a mini three-piece collection of apparel and adidas Sambas.

The new adidas World Cup collection features small capsules created by each of the three participating brands. Each pack includes a jersey, adidas track jacket, and a pair of the famous Samba silhouette, each decked out in the brand’s signature color scheme. The Bape pieces are covered in a bright red tone with gold accents, while the NBHD and White Mountaineering collections begin with a black or grey base with minimal extra color.
