Despite the recent release of the adidas Ultra Boost 2019, the original franchise will live on. This month, the 4.0 iteration of the silhouette is set to release in a smooth new “Clear Mint” colorway with some interesting material changes.

The adidas Ultra Boost will likely go down as one of the brand’s most historic silhouettes. While the franchise has recently moved on in its design and styling, providing enhanced performance for the power users. Now, the “old school” Ultra Boost will continue to release in new colorways periodically, like this new “Clear Mint” iteration of the 4.0, scheduled to drop this week. The Primeknit is largely knit from a pale raw white color, infused with carbon threads that give the knit a peppered look. The signature heel counter comes in the adidas’ bright Clear Mint tone, while a nylon cage in faded white supports the shoe. Resting on top of the usual white Boost midsole, this Ultra Boost is completed by a gum-colored Continental rubber outsole.
