The long lasting relationship between Pharrell and adidas shows no signs of stopping anytime soon as the team expands the Tennis Hu V2 line with two new fresh colorways.
A collaboration starting in 2016 is still going strong as Pharrell and adidas continue to produce shoes together. Over the years, we have seen the two pair up for Hu NMD’s and Tennis HU’s, as well as new silhouettes like the Crazy BYW and the Solar Glide. Somehow with the length of their relationship, they are able to release new iterations that always make sure to stand out. Two new colors, “Shock Yellow” and “True Green” cover the Tennis Hu this time around just in time for summer.
To begin, the shoe’s upper is a knit material composed of suede overlays. Both pairs upon this release are covered completely by their specific color as the laces and sole all match. As always, the adidas trefoil and Hu logo are placed on the tongue as well as Pharrell Williams’ signature logo on the heels. Finally, a waffle EVA midsole supports the sneaker and finishes the look.
