The adidas POD System 3.1 has had an interesting first few months. While the brand is constantly pushing new colorways, this month they have previewed their wildest pair yet. Check out the bold new look below.

The adidas POD System 3.1 is still in its first year on shelves, and the Three Stripes are going all in with the silhouette. While the new shoe has released in a dozen or so colorways in recent months, most iterations are either fairly simple, or unabashedly bold. This month, adidas is pushing themselves a step further, dropping the wildest colorway of the POD System 3.1 yet. The new look splits the shoe’s upper in two, matching the tiered midsole below. The forefoot is protected by a thick mesh layer in white, which rests on top of a black lining. The heel sections of the shoe come in faded black material that appears to be some sort of felt-adjacent texture. The tongue and heel tab come in grey with blue and chrome hits, while a neon green midfoot bridge in the sole adds another splash of color. Finally, the split midsole comes in white to complete the look.
