adidas is having a lot of fun revamping shoes from their extensive past. While new models continue their initial rollouts this month, another new silhouette has appeared online. Check out the adidas OZ adiPRENE, coming this Spring.

adidas has had a monumental amount of success in renovating their archived silhouettes in recent years. With the LX Con and Nite Jogger still making their widespread debut this month, 2019 is already shaping up to be a good year the Brand with the Three Stripes. Though, we don’t make this statement lightly. Today, Hypebeast released a new preview of an upcoming adidas silhouette, with a name indicating that it is a renovated silhouette of the fashion-favorite adidas Ozweego.

The adidas OZ adiPRene will make an excellent addition to adidas current arsenal of originals sneakers. The new images show a stealthy triple black colorway that shows off the various materials of the new silhouette. First, the base layer of the upper is made from a loose mesh then covered around the heel, lower sides, and lacing system in smooth suede. 3M reflective accents line outer layers on the midfoot, and a stiff cord acts as a rear pull tab attached to the laces. Finally, the adidas OZ rests on top of a brand new midsole tooling featuring lightweight and cushioning adiPRENE technology.

The new adidas OZ adiPRENE has not yet been officially announced by the brand, though they are expected to release sometime in Spring 2019. While little is known about the sleek runner, we can assume that the OZ adiPRENE’s price point will fall somewhere near that of the Nite Jogger and LX Con, in the lower $100 range.
