The adidas NMD lineup is ever expanding, though this year they’ve spent a significant amount of time with the OG silhouette, the R1. Now a beloved lifestyle shoe in the sneaker scene, the NMD first launched in 2015 as a modern runner inspired by three of their archive models, and utilizing the best materials adidas has to offer. As per their usual schedule, adidas is set to release several new colorways at the beginning of the month. This February, the NMD_R1 is painted in matching Ash Grey and Trace Maroon color schemes, each with their own accent color of steel and pink respectively.
