adidas is going to work with the NMD_R1 Primeknit. This year has been filled with exciting new colorways for the fan-favorite silhouette, and this month is no different. Check out the new “Green Marble” colorway, coming soon.
The adidas NMD lineup is ever expanding, though this year they’ve spent a significant amount of time with the OG silhouette, the R1. Now a beloved lifestyle shoe in the sneaker scene, the NMD first launched in 2015 as a modern runner inspired by three of their archive models, and utilizing the best materials adidas has to offer. The Originals team at the Three Stripes is going back to the drawing board with the NMD_R1 and has come up with a wild new pattern for the Primeknit upper that we’ve never seen before. The new colorway features a black knit upper with a pale green marbled pattern scattered throughout. In the official images, most of the color is concentrated around the heel, though due to the process of making this pattern, each pair is likely to be unique. The inner lining of the shoe reflects the pale green outer accents as well as the rear NMD-branded pull tab. Finally, the new look is complete with a plain white Boost midsole and accompanying EVA pods.

The new marbled pattern for the adidas NMD_R1 Primeknit will debut on July 27th, 2018. The pale green colorway will retail for $170 from adidas, though this release has not been confirmed for other retailers.
