The adidas NMD_R1 is one of the most beloved lifestyle sneakers in recent memory and the collaboration with BAPE is one of the most sought-after pairs. Now, adidas has a new camo’d out NMD pack coming this August.
Remember BAPE’s adidas NMD collaboration from 2016? The shoe release in two colorways and both are some of the rarest NMDs of all time. The release itself was one of the most difficult to grab, as fans and collectors around the world were incredibly eager to grab the adidas NMD of the year. However, new official images have surfaced of an adidas NMD_R1 pack releasing this Fall, and it looks eerily similar to the famous BAPE pair. The new R1 camo pack is also very reminiscent of the original NMD_XR1 pack, which covered the mesh upper in different colors of a simple duck camo. The camouflage featured on the new set is actually the same as 2015’s, though this time it blankets the sleek runner in a more subtle way. This time around, the EVA bricks and other details are painted to match the camo giving the new NMD_R1 pack a much more understated feel.
ADIDAS NMD_R1 CAMO PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
The new adidas NMD_R1 Camo pack is scheduled for release on August 1st, 2018. For $130 each, the camp pairs will be available from adidas and select retailers like The Good Will Out.
