adidas’ new Deerupt Runner made headlines when it first debuted earlier this year. Now, the Three Stripes is back with one of their biggest drops this year. Check out the new striped Deerupt colorway launching next month.
The adidas Deerupt has had an interesting freshman year on the Originals roster. Released early in 2018, the Deerupt was marketed by the brand as if it were the next big silhouette, comparable to the NMD or Ultra Boost craze from several years ago. However, the reception from the sneaker community was less than stellar, and the Deerupt initially fell flat upon release. Slowly, the silhouette began to gain traction outside of the sneaker sphere, with its simple styling and all-day comfort coming in hand for consumers around the world. Now, adidas is adding more depth to their Deerupt with a new look. While the changes made are simple, they make a massive difference in the silhouette. This plain white Deerupt features the addition of adidas’ signature Three Stripes to either side in black.

adidas has prepared the next set of colorways for release on January 15th, 2019. The new striped-look will retail for the usual $100 retail price, and launch from both adidas and select retailers.
