The adidas BYW line has grown very slowly this year, though releases have begun to pick up throughout the latter months of the year. Now, we have a look at the Crazy BYW LVL 2’s clean new white colorway, coming soon.
The next chapter in the Crazy BYW family bears a similar resemblance to the original model, with a new low-top twist. The LVL 2 begins with a neoprene bootie to keep your foot locked in, followed by a double-layered mesh. Next, the toe box and lateral shank feature the same thick Primeknit as the LVL 1, complete with the wavy stitching around the toes as well as the suede patch on the medial shank. Next, the interesting new sole design. The toe and heel Boost pods retain the same shape as their predecessor, while the central section on the lateral side is covered by a large piece of what appears to be TPU. This new addition is assumably used to provide extra structure along the outside of the shoe, something that the LVL 1 was somewhat lacking. The next colorway for the Crazy BYW LVL 2 follows the path of its predecessor, the LVL 1. The neoprene bootie and other inner layers are all draped in black, while mesh, nubuck, and Primeknit are all done in shades of white to complete a crisp new look.
ADIDAS CRAZY BYW LVL 2 “CLOUD WHITE” RELEASE INFORMATION
The adidas Crazy BYW LVL 2 has not yet been officially announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime this month. This low-cut BYW option retails for a cool $140 and will be available from both adidas and select retailers.
